This bisque porcelain vase was produced in Germany in the late 19th century by an unknown maker. There are impressed numbers in the base but no other marks. The vase measures 11 inches high, 7 1/2 inches wide and 5 inches deep. The piece depicts a windmill with mischievous cherubs dangling from the arms of the windmill. The modeling is much defined and there is lots of hand painted detail. The design is just fantastic. The windmill has a wood grain that you can feel. There is no doubt this came from the Victorian era. Condition: Excellent
