This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen around 1930. It has first quality blue crossed swords markings under glaze. The saucer is 5 1/4 inches in diameter and 1 1/4 inches deep. The set has the traditional wavy borders with points at intervals. The cup features a split branch handle. The set is hand painted in shades of puce. The flower arrangements are executed with precision and excellent artistry. There is lacy gold trim on the rims and gilded accents on the handle. Two sets are available with different floral decorations. Condition: Excellent first quality.
