This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory, or KPM, in 1918. It is marked as shown and is first quality. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches and is 1 inch deep. The cup is 1 1/2 inch tall with a diameter of 2 1/2 inches. The porcelain is molded with a basket weave border in relief. The set is hand painted with sprays of colorful flowers. They are painted realistically and with fine detail. Little buds and sprigs dot the surface. There are raised leaves around the branch handle. The rims and handle are trimmed with gold. Condition: Excellent, first quality.
