This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Mintons around 1910. The saucer is 4 1/2 inches in diameter. The cup is 2 1/8 inches tall with a diameter of 2 1/8 inches. The enamel decoration is hand applied. Brilliant turquoise scrolls have ornaments suspended from them, containing fruits and foliage. The decoration can be felt with your finger tips. Both pieces have gilding that separates them into panels. The gilded handle and gold rims give it an effect of richness. Condition: Excellent, without defects of any kind.
