This is a traditional and authentic 2 section stacking Japanese chest called Kimono Biraki Tansu. It measures that 68 "tall, 38" wide, 17.75 " deep. The hinged doors on the center section hides 6 Kimono/Obi trays that slide out. It was entirely constructed in thick Paulownia wood (Japanese Kirinoki). Originally used to store Japanese Kimono, it would work well in today's home as a clothes dresser for daily use.
