A Small Oriental Rug Fragment, Samarkand, Uzbekistan. A very fine wool pile in Persian knot tightly woven on an all wool base. A leafy floral design with a center medallion of a light blue field and the surround with a beige field. Labels on backside.
Condition: Restored, ends with stitched on long cotton fringe and edges wrapped in dark blue wool.
