One of the most beautiful spots in the world, this painting of the San Francisco Bay Bridge dated 1937, was made just prior to the opening day of the bridge Period the artist LYMAN worked continuously on sketches at the site during the building and this was one of the most prize works. Exhibited in the bay area at the time 1937 measuring 19x25 inch, frame size 30x36” The artist a native of California was born in 1890. He painted mainly in the Bay area and was known by local artist as the most talents watercolorist of California. He died in 1888
