Federal period Gilded on Wood Pier Mirror or Looking Glass, 53" high-top crown, 27" wide-top maximum, 24" wide-side, with thin mercury darkened original mirrored finish plate, except upper mirror plate maybe replaced long time ago, relief decoration of Eagle in the center on top between gold balls attached hanging from the top, and original wooden backing boards in the back. There are some missing gilt specially lower center area and some missing gesso gilt area, all original condition except upper glass section.
