Chinese Export Rose Medallion porcelain tea pot and bowl in fitted woven bamboo basket with brass handle and hinges, Ca. 1870, Tea pot-4 1/2" high, 6" wide with spout, 4" diameter on the bottom, and Tea bowl-1 7/8" high 2 5/8" diameter-top rim, Basket 5 3/4" high, 8 3/4" wide, 6" deep-oval shape bamboo woven basket. This is typical pattern of Rose Medallion with Famille Rose color of Mandarin in the court yard inside the enclosed cartouches surrounded with birds and flowering branches. This set is all original and still in very good condition, no marking on the bottom. The tea pot with brass handle and tea bowl have no damage, and the basket is in very fine condition with brass mounting and aged naturally to dark brown patina.

Chinese Export carved Ivory Box for European Market, Ca. 1850, 2 1/8" high, 9 5/8" wide, 3 3/4" deep, with exquisite deep three(3) dimensional carvings of typical Chinese Scholars reading Poems and other activities in the Pavilions in the Garden scenery inside Cartouches on top, front, back and both sides within sprigs of floral design border. It has European style brass hinges, and key holes which is not working, small upper section brass lock compartment is missing, the bottom is rosewood. There are some stains and separation of the joints caused by the nature of the ivory and age.

Chinese Export Rose Medallion porcelain covered dressing jar or box, circa 1870's, 2 5/8" high, 2 1/4" diameter, with overglaze Famille Rose color of figures inside windows and borders with pink floral decoration. No damages or restoration.

Three(3) Chinese Export Porcelain Rose Mandarin Demitasse Cups and three(3) Export Porcelain Rose Medallion Demitasse size Saucers, Ca. cups-1830-1840, saucers-1860's, both designs are typical Roses and Mandarin figures in the garden. They are not set but will go together, they were made in different times. Saucers have couple hairline cracks and one of saucer has chips on the bottom rim, cups are in fine condition and large Mandarin figures are all around outside the cup.

Chinese Export Rose Mandarin pattern porcelain covered dressing jar or patch box, circa 1840, 3 5/8" high, 3 1/8" diameter, with overglaze enamel of Chinese Mandarin figures in two(2) cartouches and birds and butterflies in another cartouches. Top of the cover is decorated with full scale of Mandarin court yard activities. The quality of the painting is very fine and still retain brilliant gold highlight. There are some frits size of 1/8" wide on the bottom rim of the cover and old tight hairline crack about 1/2" to 1" long, visible only from inside.

Chinese Export Famille Rose Porcelain oval shape Barber's Bowl, 12 1/2" wide, 9 1/2" deep, 2 3/8" high, early 1820's, with overglaze Famille Rose flowers in the center inside the deep bowl. All the decorations are done overglaze enamel on the orange peel like surface and highlighted with gold. There are two(2) holes on each side on the bottom rim area, to put the cords through the holes to hang on the wall. The condition is good.

Chinese Export Famille Rose Porcelain Charger, 1780 - 1800, 13 1/2" diameter, 1 1/4" high, with overglaze Famille Rose color of large Peony flowering branch in the center, bordered within seven(7) small flowering branches decorated on the wide rim area. There are some wears on the over glaze decoration and also in the highlighted gold decoration. No damages, no restorations.

Pair Chinese Famille Rose Rose Medallion pattern Dinner Plates, Ca. 1840, 9 1/2" diameter, with very detailed 4 separate cartouches filled with exotic birds, butterflies, dragon flies, bats in the peony floral rock garden scenery, young deer watching 3 baby bird feeding by mummy bird in a straw nest inside center Cartouche. All the detailed hand painted decorations are done by overglaze enamel and highlighted with touch of brilliant gold, and early brilliant turquoise color was used. This type of fine Famille Rose in Rose Medallion style decorations are done between 1830 to 1840 for export purpose to America. The condition is good, no damages or restorations.

Chinese Export Blue and White covered deep serving Tureen or Dish, Ca. 1800-1820, 5 1/2" high, 9 1/4" x 8 1/4" wide, with cut corner shape and Pine Cone Knob on top, very nice soft underglaze blue with sampan floating in the lake, pavilion and pagoda under willow tree next to bridge. Underglaze blue is just right for the type of Canton ware for early period. The condition is good.

Chinese Export Painting, 2 men with 3 hats, Chinese Sampan in open water, watercolor mixed with some Gouache on paper, ca. 1820, 23" wide x 20" high overall maximum size, and painting size is 15" wide x 12 3/4" high, with very fine detailed brush painting, framed by Eglomise, black reverse painting on glass border with highlighted with thin gold line inside the black lacquered wood frame. The condition is good, no damages except black lacquered frame shows some age and some small dents around the corners.

Chinese Rose Mandarin large and heavy porcelain Brush Pot, Ca. 1830, 6" high, 5 1/8" diameter with full scale of different Mandarin Court Scene circling around the outside pot, one side decorated with Emperor reading courier letter, the other side is decorated with Lady Musician playing string instrument and a man looking outside the window above the Banana tree on the rocky garden in overglaze enamel decoration and highlighted in brilliant gold. This piece is one of the early Rose Mandarin pattern, highlighted hair with gold touch and outlined by the detailed brush strokes. Some gold on top rim shows wear from handling, and kiln firing crack about 1 1/2" long only inside near the bottom on the side, but outside bottom area is perfectly finished. Kiln touch mark little indentation on the bottom unglazed rim and one(1) tiny bubble popped on the gilded top rim 1/8" wide.

Chinese Export Blue and White Porcelain Canton design covered deep serving Tureen or Dish, Ca. 1800-1820, 5 1/2" high, 9 1/4" x 8 1/4" wide, with cut corner shape, Pine Cone knob on top, very nice soft underglaze blue decorated with Pavillion on lakeside, Sampan floating next to bridge, willow tree and pagoda on the other side of the lake. Inside the underglaze blue decoration is slightly darker than top of the cover, all hand painted underglaze blue design. Glaze shrinkage under the cover, and 1/4" size of flake off bisque finish area on top of the bottom rim inside.

Chinese Export Blue and White Porcelain Charger/platter, Qianlong period, 1736-1795, 12 3/4" diameter, 2" high, underglaze blue landscape design inside the fan in the center within four(4) sets of floral sprays decorated border terminated with brown rim. One(1) hairline about 2" long glaze hairline at 3 o'clock position, it is tight and not open hairline. This charger will make nice set with #1349149.

Chinese Export Famille Rose Porcelain Vase, Qianlong period 1736-1795, 10" high, 4 1/2" wide-maximum width, 1 5/8" diameter for top rim, with four(4) attached red Squirrels around neck area(chips on 2 squirrel's mouth), high relief vines and flowers on both sides, enclosed within two(2) panels of overglaze enamel design of floral bouquets and bugs inside two(2) panels, highlighted in gold, some berries have glaze chips. All the vines, berries are attached on the main body of the vase. No missing pieces except the chips from the mouth of two(2) squirrels and some colored glaze are off from some berries and old glaze hairline on the neck.

Chinese Export Kangxi period Blue and White Porcelain Charger/platter, Ca. 1720, 10 5/8" diameter, 1" high, Kangxi underglaze blue censer mark on the bottom, with large stylized Peony flowering trees in the center with wide border decorated with rock garden and more Peony flowers and other floral design in underglaze blue decoration. The condition is good except one(1) tiny frit as small as less than 1/16" wide, one(1) old chip 1/4" to 1/2" wide on the bottom rim area, no restoration was done on this piece.

18th Century Qianlong period 1736-1795 Chinese Famille Rose porcelain Spoon Rest or spoon tray, 5/8" high, 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" wide, with overglaze enamel design of flowering branches in the center with four(4) separate cartouches in the center, white on white decoration techniques were used between the four(4) cartouches in small areas. The bottom is unglazed. There is a tiny frit smaller than 1/16" wide on the rim, no other damages or restoration.

Chinese Export Porcelain Cafe Au Lait and Famille Rose overglaze decorated Tea Bowl, Ca. 1790, 2 7/8" diameter, 1 5/8" high, with Famille Rose Peony flowers inside 2 Maple Leaf shape Cartouches and Peaches, between Cafe Au Lait glaze on the outer side of the bowl. There are kiln imperfection spots, no damages.

Chinese Export Nanking pattern Porcelain Blue and White Vase with chicken skin bumpy surface finish, Ca. 1790, 9 3/4" high, 1 7/8" diameter-top rim, 3 1/4" diameter-bottom rim, 4 1/2" wide-widest part, typical underglaze crispy nice blue Nanking pattern, scholars, pagodas, sampans in the lake with willow tree and bridge in two(2) large window on both sides, separated with smaller pagoda pictures inside two(2) separate windows, separated with chicken skin bumpy finish. Underglaze blue floral decorations spread out between low relief windows with highlighted with gilt. Some gold highlight decorations are worn on top of the low relief windows, there are no damages, the condition is good.
