Chinese blue and white porcelain rectangle shape Scholar covered box, circa late 1800's, 4 3/8 x 3 1/8 wide, 1 7/8" high. The cover is dome shape original cover with decorated with the flowers in the basket in underglaze blue. The porcelain box is supported by four(4) low bracket feet. The etched Chinese Characters are under the lid and the bottom inside the box. No damages or restoration.

Chinese 15th to 16th century Ming Dynasty Blue and White Porcelain Bowl, 5 1/2" diameter, 2 1/2" high, decorated lotus pedals on the rim above combed tobacco leaf in underglaze blue. There is a darker area under the glaze on the top rim, caused by the smoke got inside the glaze during the firing in the kiln. This bowl shows the beautiful oily old glaze and Chinese Character mark on the bottom. There are no damages or restorations.

Chinese Export Famille Rose Porcelain Tea Bowl and Saucer, 18th Century Qianlong period 1736-1795, decorated with European Figures, saucer-4 5/8" diameter, 7/8" high, tea bowl-2 7/8" diameter, 1 1/2" high, a man watching and care for the couple of curly hair sheep, woman is breast feeding for the baby sitting on the rock in front of Pavilion and farm houses further behind in front of the mountain. The decoration was done in overglaze enamel and highlighted in fine gold brush stroke. The tea bowl has continuing design on the outside of the bowl, showing very peaceful European farmer's family life. Saucer has three(3) tiny frits and 1/2" long hair line extended from the rim, and the tea bowl has three(3) tiny frits on the rim and one(1) chip on the foot rim.
