Vintage Counting Calories Plate
Hate to look up calorie content of foods? Hate counting them? If you answered Yes, this 10 1/4" diameter plate is for you!
Jack Sprat and his wife are shown in center of plate with the caption: "Jack Sprat Could Eat No Fat" "His Wife Could Eat and Eat and Eat...".
Around the rim of the plate are listed various foods and their calorie content and they are also color coded. "Go" section has a green background and lists foods with "Up to 50 Calories" and "Up to 100". The "Caution" section has a yellow background and lists foods with "100 to 200" calories. The "Stop" section has a red background and lists foods with "300 to 500" calories.
