Lovely colors and excellent mold detail on this McCoy jardinière! Produced in the 1920’s, jard is brown/tan with green accenting on the in-mold acorns and leaves design. Measures 4” tall, 4 5/8” diameter and is in wonderful condition – has 2 fired-on flakes on bottom (underneath) – production and very common on these older pieces. Other than light crazing, the only “use” evidence I could find is a ½” slice type chip on bottom dry (setting) ring – it has been there a long, long time and does not effect use or appearance! This is a very nice addition to an older stoneware collection.
