I have a pair of 18kt solid gold William Spratling earrings today that are obsidian spikes. There are 5 obsidian spikes to each earring and they are in perfect condition. The matching spike necklace is iconic and rare but these earrings are simply a stand out and rare. They are 1 in. tall and 1 in. across. These figures are approximate.

The Swans signed by Antonio Pineda are graceful in design and the super high gold obsidian sheen is truly radiant. Iconic design for Antonio Pineda with a 17in. wearable and made with a quality 166 grams of 970 silver. Properly hallmarked as shown with no damage and a secure stringing. When I have looked at pictures in my past I always thought this was a huge wide piece. It is actually a tasteful .75in. width to the bottom link at 1.5in. tall. I love to find these rare pieces made by unknown makers. This one is exceptional. The size of the center link is 2.5 inches. There is a wearable length of 19 inches. All other links and earrings are 1.5 inches long. No chips or cracks to the stones and no dents to the silver. The lock is hidden under a link showing a well thought out design. All the repousse is thick with a total weight of 127.5 grams. Hallmarked MADE IN MEXICO STERLING. Extremely well cared for, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

This is a Los Castillo design made by Hilario Lopez who worked for several Tallers through his career(of which one was Margot de Taxco) and he was an accomplished Maestro. The construction is open backed repousse but it is framed in heavy silver making a respectable 80 grams heavy. There is lots of bead work executed on this design and it is in impeccable condition. Large Gusanos (caterpiller)Mexican solid gold earrings at 2inches by half an inch wide make for a grand presence. The weight is 7.3 grams of gold that tests from around 9kt to 12kt. These older filigree pieces are not signed and originate from Oaxaca. Absolutely lovely 2 rows of seed pearls are wired and tied off on the back and some solder over the ends finishes the durability of the piece. The seed pearls look more silver than the monitor shows them to be.

This is a Mexican silver vintage Margot de Taxco necklace that bares an early design #5204. The piece is almost 16in. long and sits on the neck .75in. tall. The earrings weigh 15 grams and is 7/8th in. wide and is 1 1/8in. tall. The necklace is impeccably made and weighs 99 grams. It is in perfect condition and is properly hallmarked as shown. We are offering a lovely Martinez parure of necklace, bracelet and earrings. The stones are poured glass and all are clean with no dark mottle. We have an early cuff and earring set that is marked with only Mexico Sterling. The filigree is thick and heavy. The frame going around is firm. The curls are precise and great care was made for the prongs that hold the stone to have the feel for the rest of the design with filigree loops.
