We have an obsidian stone Mask brooch that exhibits an exceptional gold sheen. The brooch is 2 in. by 1.5in. Signed RB and with eagle 3. The carving has no chips, cracks or damage. The gold sheen obsidian is getting harder to obtain today and this is a beauty. The silver work on the head dress is exemplary. It was difficult to get a picture of the sheen with my camera. The lighter color is the reflection from light casting on the sheen.

Woven figure eights set off design # 5625 - A by Margot Van Voorhies. The bracelet is just under one inch and the earrings are 1 3/8th's long. The silver is thick and has 70 grams combined weight. This is a very rare design with a rich presence and a soft touch to the silver. All pieces properly hallmarked for Margot de Taxco Taller. Margot was a premier designer in the Mexican Silver Renaissance and certainly the most accomplished female artist.

Margot Van Voorhies signed design # 5513 is a large bracelet measuring 1.5in. tall with a royal presence. It is an airy design but constructed with thick silver repousse and weighing in at 62 grams of heft. The length is 7.5in. There is no damage of any kind and has a natural patina. One of Margot de Taxco's best!

Da'maso Gallegos is known for quality in craftsmanship. The silver is thick repousse with a fit like a true pectoral that tips forward allowing more room for fitting. The length is 15.5 around the natural bottom. The stones are beautiful with a jelly like glow of purple amethyst. There is hand carving to the center silver drop and 61 grams of weight. Super rare with no damage of any kind. The drop is 2 inches tall and the cabochons fall another inch. This is one to fall in love with. Very romant...

This necklace exhibits a strong presence. A dark amethyst stone glows in strong light and has no chips, damage or cracks. The wearable is 16.5 inches and you can hook it in to any of the chain length to shorten. The silver is very thick and is a wonderful example of folk style repousse. Puffy and not exactly symmetrical is what makes the magic happen when you put this on. The drop is 4.5 inches across and 3 in. down. Just beautiful, LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

Hector Aguilar Disk bracelets are curved to lay perfectly on the wrist. The mix of metals are striking and with a 1.5 inches tall center you can not miss the lovely presence. A rare Antonio Pineda moon stone bracelet with a 1 inch height and a heavy weight of 86 grams of very thick silver. The hallmark is worn and reads in hands 970 Silver with eagle and also visible crown. This bracelet's hallmark is just before the letters were added and is an older bracelet. Signed Los Castillo and constructed with thick silver weighing 84 grams. The repousse is beautifully fashioned with flowing curls and beaded sides and a dark natural patina. This clamper bracelet is design 250 with the artist being Margot Van Voorhies before her divorce to Antonio Castillo. The presence is stunning with a height of 2.5 inches. Fits most with an inner diameter of 2 3/8th inches. No dents, strong spring and no repairs. One of the very best from the Spratling era.

I am listing another stunning Mexican Silver clamper bracelet produced by Gerardo Lopez who was renown for beautiful vintage repousse in Taxco, Mexico. Made of thick silver weighing 71 grams and having a 3 inch tall presence this bracelet fits most with a 2 3/8th inch inner diameter. Bears a deep natural patina. A signed Antonio Pineda bracelet that is thick and heavy at 125 grams. A 2.5in. diameter will fit most. I find the swinging framed rectangle links to be quite fabulous alone or worn with other great finds stacked. The bracelet lays right between the one inch mark in height. The presence of this Pineda treasure will be noticed dressed up or dressed down.

Gerardo Lopez known for his ability to work beautiful repousse silver with his own creative designs. The quality of his work is outstanding and always made of silver with heft. When you find a Hector Aguilar with stones and as exceptional as these colorful stones, you have found a rare treasure. This necklace is a bit over one inch tall and has a length of 18inches. The silver is 940 pure giving it a whiter contrast than most other designers using 925 silver. No damage to this necklace as it has been well loved and the condition shows us that.
