This 7/8" tall fob measures 1/2" x 3/8" across, and it has a genuine bevelled shield shape natural rock crystal stone held with a bezel. The stones has foiling on the back, still visible but dulled and slightly loose with age. It is unmarked but tests as 12k, and it weighs 1.9 grams (the British Empire had 12K as part of their gold standard until 1932). A large 10K rotating hair brooch with photo 1860-70. This opulent (typically unmarked but tested) 10k yellow gold rotating or turning hair brooch has a photo on the other side. This mid-Victorian 2-5/8 x 2-3/8" pin features a finely plaited brown and blonde hair display on one side and a hand-tinted albumin photograph of a bearded and bald gentleman on the other. Each side is under glass and the center display rotates freely on its perpendicular pivot. It has its original c-clasp and attached loop for wear as a pendant, and it weighs 27.6 grams. The photo has some red blush added to his cheeks and lips; this is somewhat faded in our photos and it is quite apparent in real life. A 10k opal and garnets ring from the 1950s. This great looking vintage 1950s 10k yellow gold size 6-1/4 ring features a colourful natural opal flanked by two garnets. This ring features a claw-set 11mm x 9 mm. natural opal which measures 3 mm. deep; the Bohemian garnets are also genuine stones and are a wonderful deep red. This ring weighs 3.5 grams, and the opal shows intense green and blue flash with an underlying orange (much more vivid in person than in our pictures); it is stamped 10K with an FJ maker's mark. A later Georgian period 15k yellow gold remembrance or mourning ring with genuine pearls circa 1820 - 1830. This beautiful antique size 6 ring is typically unmarked and it tests as 15k, and it most likely of United Kingdom origin. It has a bevelled glass window for hair (no hair present) and the shoulders are thickly sculpted with a multi-floral pattern sometimes seen on jewellery or decor of this period. An Art Deco 14k white gold amethyst ring from about 1920. This size 5 oval solitaire ring measures 5/8" x 1/2" across the top and it weighs 4.2 grams. It is stamped 14 K with an arrow maker's mark. A superb and evocative 1-5/8 x 1-3/8" mid-Victorian mourning pin in 14k yellow gold (unmarked but tested). This pin features a carved pink coral hand with black enamel bands on its sleeve, holding a wreath of flowers and leaves. There are seed pearls in the flower centers and there is a claw-set pearl in the center. It has a reeded edge and a c-clasp which has been added a bit later for wear as a brooch; originally it would have been a pendant and a small loop remains at the top.
