An Edwardian Paye & Baker bluebird of happiness enamel sterling pin brooch from the 1910 1920 era. This well-made 1-5/8 x 1/2" pin has matte finish enamel with a yellow throat and blue plumage as well as an orange eye (not yellow as in our photos). It is stamped with P&B in hearts maker's mark for Paye & Baker of Attleboro, Massachusetts (1901~1960) and it has the original c-clasp. It weighs 4.9 grams and it is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some minor enamel losses and damage at the head and tail. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use.
