A Mandarin square dating from the 19th century. Male back badge (buzi) with an appliqued wild goose bird denoting the 4th civil rank.

Silver and gold thread couching and embroidery in blue on dark silk ground, the sun disk is made of small coral beads. Backed with blue silk. Condition: faded, wear, splits, thin areas, lining with stains.

Dimension: 32.9 cm high x 33.9 cm wide.

Wonderful kutsugata chawan of the late Momoyama Period.

Distorted shoe shaped (kutsugata) tea bowl made of light, coarse unrefined Mino clay.

The expertly thrown body is covered with the typical black oniita glaze inside and outside, with the exception of the bottom, the roughly cut foot ring and window, which is decorated with a geometric pattern in black under a transparent Shino type glaze...

On offer is this exquisite old Chinese bronze Buddha, made in the early 19th century during Qing Dynasty.

Good expression, great details! Most of the original gilt is still conserved.

This is a very nice and very old Buddha statue from Lopburi depicted with royal attire such as crown, ear rings, belt , necklace and more. The Buddha is sitting in a position of calling the earth to witness.

This statue was originally found in a property of Lopburi civilian which was buried under earth about 24 inches deep. The overall condition of the statue is very good, just only a few spots of oxidation reaction. No repairs...

Large and heavy Chinese antique Bronze Guanyin buddha statue, Qing dynasty, c. 18th century. Really impressing. The Guanyin buddha is sitting on a lotus base, the clothes are so graceful and elegant and the details of the figure are magificent.

Good "Xuande" mark on the back.

We offer this fine antique Japanese Meiji Satsuma Kyoto lidded teapot decorated with a dragon curled between eleven Immortals and dating around 1880. This well decorated earthenware teapot stands on a narrow rounded unglazed foot with a recessed base and is of rounded shape with the dragon tail forming the handle and the neck and head forming the pouring spout. Japanese stunning cast iron Choshi (Sake kettle) from the Edo Period around 1750.

It is designed with a great relief, showing an Ebisu. Ebisu, also transliterated Yebisu or called Hiruko or Kotoshiro-nushi-no-kami, is the Japanese god of fishermen, luck, and workingmen, as well as the guardian of the health of small children. It is hand molded in the shape of lotus leaf.

Fabulous Chinese antique bronze Guanyin Buddha statue, Qing dynasty Kangxi period, around 17th century. The Guanyin is sitting on a base, wearing a long robe, two eyes are looking down, holding a bottle.

Smooth surface, wonderful and exquisite carving. On the back you will find a Kangxi mark. It's a rare statue, very special. No repairs.

Please take a look on this extraordinary 15 inches large Guanyin, made of dark spinach green jade. It dates from Qing Dynasty 18th.century or earlier.

An early Thai, Sukhothai period Celadon-glazed stoneware figure of a mother, shown chewing an ancient form of Narcotic drug known as Miang.

The figure dates to approximately 1400 A.D. and was produced in Thailand's Ancient Si Satchanalai Kilns. The depiction is one of a woman, shown seated with her left leg internally rotated and her right leg to the side. She has large protruding breasts and clutches a stylized child close to her body...

Inside is some rust but no water leak. Great atmosphere. A real antique tetsubin.
