Ture Bengtz 1907-1973 American This is an original color lithograph by Boston artist Ture Bengtz (1907-1973) The title is Sledding. Created circa 1940's. This image measures 10 3/4X13 3/8 inches. On the back of the matting it has written, "Done from 6 stones". He used 6 different litho stones for all of the colors in this image... This litho was created in an edition of 20. "Ture Bengtz was a Finnish-American artist associated with the Boston Expressionist school, an influential teacher at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston".
