Sterling silver sardine fork in Douvaine pattern. Made by Unger Bros. in Newark, ca. 1904. Scrolled shank with 7 short scrolled tines and pierced ornament. Shank has double-sided gilding. Handle is tapering with scrolls, interlacing, and Classical male mask. The pattern was first produced in 1904. Hallmarked. Excellent condition with rich patina.
