French 950 silver wine taster, ca 1920. Bowl exterior encircled with tooled grapevine interspersed with chased circles. Figural handle comprising olden-days country couple grape-stomping. Something more than just wine appears to be fermenting. The name “Bertrand Aloxe” engraved near rim. Super-sweet rustic chic. Fully marked including Minerva head and stamp for Marc Parrod, a Dijon maker active in the first half of the 20th century. Excellent condition.
