Turn-of-the-century Chinese export silver box. Rectangular with straight sides and curved corners. Cover hinged and raised with wraparound overhanging rim. On cover top is applied dragon with spiked head, sharp talons, and wraparound scaly slithering body. Also on cover top is interlaced monogram. Cedar lined interior. Marks include stamp for Wang Hing & Co., a retailer with shops in Hong Kong and Canton. Very good condition.
