American Victorian Classical sterling silver bread tray, ca 1890. Retailed by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Solid rectangular well with chamfered corners. Tapering sides with open colonnade and diaper. Reeded rim with tapering and concave corners, and applied garlands, scrolls, leaves, and scallop shells. Marked “Made for / Tiffany & Co. / Sterling / 5388”. Very good condition with deep patina.
