Art Deco sterling silver and enamel picture frame. Made by Foster & Bailey in Providence, ca 1920. Rectangular window with convex corners in flat surround with convex corners, and decorated with blue guilloche enamel between silver borders; sides silver. With glass, silk lining, and velvet back and hinged support. Fully marked including maker’s stamp. Very good condition.
