This is an adorable and elegantly simple petite Commode made from a lovely patinaed walnut during the Louis Philippe era by the first half of the 19th century. This charming provincial piece is offering a spacious storage capacity thanks to three drawers, mounted with wooden handles and working locks, all supported by boldly sculpted feet. Note several minor scratches and dents can be seen all around due to the age. Circa date 1830-1840. Dimensions 34"high/ 38 ½"wide/ 17 ½"deep.
