This is a beautiful and elegantly simple English Breakfront made from solid and exquisitely patinaed mahogany by the end of the 18th century during the reign of George III. Beside the visual impact this classic piece is also very convenient and offers a very large storage capacity. The upper part provides a display area with a couple of shelves revealed by glass doors with astragal moldings upon the chest of drawers below, with three large and deep drawers, each mounted with their original handles. Note this cabinet offers three keys and all the locks are in working condition. Minor scratches and dents can be seen due to the age. Circa 1790-1800. Dimensions 75"high/ 41"wide/ 23"deep.
