A fine,large and very heavily cast Japanese bronze flower vase of shaped dodecagonal cross section, with central reticulated floral section and pierced galleried rim. 15 in. 38 cms. high and 29 cms across the top. Edo/Meiji period, mid 19th century. Signed on the base Gyoko. Weight in excess of 3kg.
