Go back in time with this beautiful bracelet. The focal point is an intricately engraved 14 karat Victorian box catch from the end of the 19th century. Two rows of curb chain sandwich a central row of a texturized fancy link chain. These 14 karat chains may be of the same age as the large clasp or may have been added later, in the 1920’s. The catch is engraved with the initials SGR and the whole bracelet measures approximately 7 ½ inches long.
A well preserved 14Kt yellow gold and diamond Victorian Etruscan bangle bracelet is decorated on top by nine old-mine diamonds. The nine diamonds with the approximate total weight of 1.0Ct are set in individual square shaped settings. The size is the size of an average bangle bracelet, which would fit a small to slightly larger than average wrist.
This Victorian uniquely round-shaped shell cameo broach is set in 18Kt yellow gold. Depicting a masterfully carved classic woman’s face, the frame is further enhanced by a rope circle and six “roundels” with some black enamel accents. The cameos circumference is 30 millimeters and the overall diameter of the broach is 38 millimeters.
A beautifully delicate design is this 10Kt gold amethyst and seed pearl Victorian openwork pendant. The center of the pendant is a bezel set 5 millimeter round faceted amethyst, while the cascading garlands on either side are decorated by forget-me-not-s. The length of the pendant is 1 ¾” and the width at the widest part is ¾”.
A great example of Victorian Etruscan work displayed on the middle nine links of this 18Kt yellow gold graduated bracelet. The bracelet graduates from the center where the width is 17 millimeters towards the two ends where the width is 9 millimeters. The center five links are further enhanced with eight seed pearls. The length of the bracelet is 8". The top of the bracelet is in very good condition, on the back there are some dents and dimples which are not visible when the bracelet is worn.
This Victorian Etruscan lover’s knot broach is made of 10Kt yellow gold and centered by an approximately 0.05 Ct old-mine diamond. The diameter of the broach is 1”.
This classic 14Kt gold Victorian oval broach is decorated by a very intricate design. The design is further enhanced by the all well known black enamel. The broach is 1¼” long and 1” wide.
A finely crafted lace like 14Kt pink gold openwork Victorian three-tiered broach decorated by nine half seed pearls. The diameter of the broach is 1 1/4". The marking on the back "585MM" indicates a European maker.
This is a very unique probably American made late Victorian 10Kt pink gold and rose diamond bangle bracelet with a flower design. The two clusters and the surrounding design is set with 24 various size and quality rose cut diamonds. The approximate total weight of all rose diamonds is 1.20Ct. The bracelet is quite heavy since it is NOT made of hollow gold, and fits an average or slightly larger than average wrist.
This is an authentic Art Nouveau 14Kt yellow gold amethyst and oriental pearl pendant. The pendant is set with a 3 millimeter faceted amethyst in the center and further decorated by 7 oriental pearls. The 1 ¾” high and ¾” wide pendant is on an 18” 14Kt yellow gold chain.
This is a one of a kind, beautifully carved amethyst head of a dog late Victorian 14Kt yellow gold stickpin. The three dimensional dog’s head was masterfully carved out of one piece of natural amethyst with great detail by a very talented artist.
You can’t help but notice these Victorian daisy earrings. The round center has a finely hammered finish and is surrounded by 10 freshwater pearl petals on each earring. The posts most likely were replaced when someone converted the earrings to pierced, but they are 14Kt gold.
An absolutely exquisite piece of jewelry as well a time piece is this 14Kt yellow gold ladies’ lapel-watch, made in the Art Nouveau period and typical for that style it depicts flowing flower and leaf designs. This wonderfully executed 10Kt gold locket, decorated by the traditional Freemason insignia dates back to the Victorian era. The insignia is enhanced by 10 rose cut diamonds and a natural ruby. The locket is ¾” wide and 1” long without the jump rings on top. The total length of the locket with the oversized jump ring is 1 7/8”. There are some slight dimples on the back, but the over all condition is very good.
Art Nouveau is written all over this stylish 14Kt yellow gold pin enhanced by an approximately 0.25Ct old mine diamond and an approximately 0.25Ct ruby. The marking on the catch is 585 and the makers mark is WB indicating that it was made in Europe circa 1890. The pin measures 1 ½” wide and ¾” high.
The impressive workmanship and fine quality of this pin have ensured that it stood the test of time. This Victorian beauty dates from the late 1800s and is still in great shape. The bottom of the sword itself is a little bent, but the scabbard covers it when worn so it isn’t visible. A very simple yet elegant design is this early 20th century 14Kt yellow gold and white enameled bar pin. The artist used the gold background with white enamel to create a classic Greek key design. The length of the pin is 49 millimeters, ant the width is 5 millimeter.
