A perfect match for the M. Ocampo bracelet in the same design also available in my store this vintage Mexican silver set of rich tassel earrings is signed by N. Jacopo, one of the few Taxco maestros known for the high quality twist-rope lariat necklaces. There are fourteen strands of shimmering sterling chain that make up each tassel's fringe while the sphere at the top holding them all together has a brushed finish. Though the Ocampo bracelet with which you see the earrings in some of the photos here is available in a separate listing, I thought I should give you the opportunity to assess yourselves whether they look as good together as I think they do. The earrings are 2 1/4" long by 7/16" wide (the diameter of the sphere at the top) and weigh 12.5 grams (for the set). THey are signed with maker's name as shown as well as "TAXCO 925" and date in the pre-1948 period. They are in excellent vintage condition, very rich and quite glamorous, I would say, with no damage and no repairs noted.
