Japanese early 20th century Sumidagawa large pitcher. The pitcher is done with 3 monkeys done in high relief. The chop mark of the artist in on the back Inouye Ryosai. The vase measures 12 3/16" tall and 6 1/4" wide and about 4 5/8" in diameter.

Japanese 20th century silver vase with peony and vine design by metal artist, KAWAMURA SEIJI. KAWAMURA SEIJI was born in 1902 in Beppu City. He lived until 1995. He participated in many exhibitions such as the BUNTEN in 1936. Signed Seiji on bottom. 4 The vase comes with TOMOBAKO, or original artist signed wooden storage box.

Japanese mid 20th century bronze vase by metal artist NEYA CHUROKU (1897 - 1987). The tall vase is done with a dragonfly and autumn grass design. The vase measures 17 7/8" tall and 6" in diameter.

Japanese late 19th or early 20th century bronze OKIMONO of a ram done in the style of Imperial Court artist, ISHIKAWA KOUMEI or MITSUAKI. The ram is done in fine detail. The OKIMONO is signed on the bottom by the artist, KOUMEI. The OKIMONO measures 10 1/4" wide, 7" deep and 7 1/8" tall.

The charger has the design of fern leaves and blossoms done in Ono Hakuko's signature style with gold leaf underglaze. The charger is signed "Haku" on the bottom. Japanese late 18th century white IMARI figure of a gentleman. Formed by hand and made of white porcelain with a clear glaze. The gentleman is dressed in formal kimono and is carrying a fan. Done with wonderful expression and in very nice detail. The piece has some natural flaws in the clay and glaze, such as stress cracks and glazing flaws. The figure stands 17 1/2" tall, is 6 1/2" wide and is 5" deep.

Japanese 20th century large porcelain vase by FUJII SHUMEI. The large bulbous form is decorated in a beautifully detailed mountain landscape with many trees. Signed SHUMEI on bottom. FUJII SHUMEI is a famous porcelain artist who exhibits at the prestigious annual NITTEN show in Japan. No storage box. The vase measures 12 1/2" tall and has a 11" diameter.

Japanese E. to Mid 20th century bronze vase by IPPOU. The vase has the design of various sea life creatures, such as octopus and a variety of fish done in fine design and detail. Signed IPPOU on bottom. The vase measures 8 3/4" tall and 5 1.2" in diameter.

Japanese Mid - Late 20th century bronze vase with crane design by NEYA CHUROKU (1897-1987). The vase has a standing crane holding its head and neck up on the front and a crane bending down in the back. The bottom has the Churoku mark. Neya Churoku, a student of Tsuda Shinobu, exhibited at many exhibitions including the 1933 World Exhibition in Chicago and the 15th Teiten (1934) where he won the Tokusen (grand prize). Japanese 20-21st century large ceramic vase by Ito Shin. Ito Shin was born in Chiba, Japan in 1952 and has lived in worked in Mashiko in Tochigi Prefecture. He studied under KIKUCHI AKIRA, another Mashiko artist. Japanese mid 20th century large lacquered wooden tray with shell inlays. The inside of the tray is done in a abstract design in colors. The upper edge and back are done in solid black lacquer. There are shell inlays on the 4 edges of the front of the tray and on the upper left hand corner on the back. The tray measures 19" wide, 19" tall and about 2" in depth.
