A diminutive Arita porcelain oil bottle, the greyish body decorated with a spray of prunus. By repute used for a tonsorial dressing.

Late 17th ~ early 18th century.

Similar bottles are shown in ‘Old Imari Blue & White Porcelain’. Heiando, Kyoto, 1959. Yosuke Sera, editor.

Approximately 7.5cm high. Perfect condition
