Dating to the early 1900's, this antique bracelet features the majestic face of a lion accented by two, tiny rubies inset as eyes and another grasped by the mouth. The brass bangle is a lovely example of Art Nouveau detailing as shown by the perforated vines that flow around either side of the lion's protruding head. An additional bezel set ruby appears on the far side of each vine. The bangle displays a beautiful, mellow patina and graduates in width from 1-1/8" at the face to 1/4". With a diameter of 2-1/2", the bracelet easily slips on and off. It is in excellent antique condition. Whether you wear it stacked or on its own, this fabulous bangle will steal the show.
