From the important series, History of the Indian Tribes of North America, McKenney and Hall, D. Rice and A.N. Hart, 1848-1855, lithograph by J.T. Bowen, this print depicts Julcee-Mathla, a Seminole Chief. Color is still vivid, detail is fine, paper is toned, with very light foxing, mat lines, and has remnants of brown paper tape on the back edges. It measures 10 3/8" by 7" and has 7 small notches on the left margin, likely from being in a binder at some time.
