Chinese wedding lamp of articulated porcelain, in two sections, hexagonal in shape with flared and tiered top.
Measures 9 3/4" high, and roughly 4 1/2" wide.
Each pierced panel has a round section with a scene depicting people in various activities, some with two figures.
The entire surface is painted with soft color enamels, in turquoise blue, yellow, rose, green, orange, brown and black.
Floral and foliate designs cover the turquoise and yellow backgrounds, all done with good detail.
The bottom section holds a candle and there are holes for excess wax to drop outside of the stand.
No signatures or marks, likely dates to the Republic period, early 20th century.
All in excellent condition, no chips or cracks, some remnants of candle wax in the base.
