These earrings are so pretty! And they can be worn with just about anything. The citrines are set in very simple 14k gold settings and measure 6mm or 1/8” in diameter. The earrings weigh 1.1g. They are stamped 14k, and have a stylized maker’s mark which could be “MP”; they are also stamped “CZ” for some reason. We have tested the stones and they are definitely citrines. The photos are part of the description; please examine them carefully...

This elegant and very rare ring weighs in at 11.5 grams. The top (measuring 5/8” x 5/8”) has a lovely Nouveau design, and no monogram – ready for your initials. (Finding a signet ring that is both Art Nouveau AND that has never been monogrammed is really unusual!) The top edges and shanks are beautifully carved with Nouveau swirls which are deeply incised. It is unmarked 14k gold, and size 9-1/4. Circa 1900...

This is a lovely French lavalier, measuring 1-1/8” (not including the jump ring) by 11/16”. It features 3 rose cut diamonds and 3 (cultured?) pearls. Marked only “DEPOSE”, it tests as 18k. The stones are set in white metal, but it’s hard to tell what kind – most likely either gold or platinum. 2.1g. We believe this used to be part of a larger piece, however, the transformation was done very skillfully, and it is in overall very good condition...

Here is a beautiful Victorian cameo, set in flourishes of yellow gold and decorated with 4 pearls. The background is a slightly darker pink than the lady herself. The attention to detail in the carving is nice, and she is in very good condition. There is one missing pearl, but it’s unnoticeable. It seems to say “SIG” in script across the back. The bail is signed with “10K” inside what looks like a stylized “C”. It measures 1-13/16” not including the bail, by 1”...

This cute little pin tests as being either gold filled, or having a gold wash. Measuring 1/2” x 3/16”, there are Fleur de lys at each end and an oval in the middle with “BEBE,” surrounded by black enamel. The pin stem assembly is original, and it is in excellent condition. Unmarked. The photos are part of the description; please examine them carefully. Thanks! Shipping, handling & insurance within the USA included.

The typically Art Nouveau curves of this elegant lavalier are set with seed pearls to accent their lavish beauty. The lavalier holds a large central amethyst—February’s birthstone!—and has an amethyst dropper. The delicate bale is set with more pearls. The lavalier is made of 9 ct gold and is 1 1/8" by 1 1/2" plus the bale. Circa 1900. The 14 k gold 16" chain is new.

Here is a pair of highly unusual cuff links! We have only seen one other pair with photos, and those were in base metal. Each has a photograph of an elegant lady in a white high-necked blouse with upswept hair. These were clearly worn a lot, based on the patina, but they still look great. The 10k marks are on the back of the fronts only, not on the “torpedo” ends, and we don’t like to test torpedoes, so can’t promise that they are also 10k...

This beautiful pin is a crossover between the Art Nouveau and Victorian styles. The Victorians loved to use real insects, particularly these green beetles, in jewelry. The Nouveau jewelers loved naturalistic motifs, but generally didn’t use the insect itself – yet the design of the pin is totally Nouveau. Marked 14k, the pale gold setting contrasts nicely with the deep green of the beetle. The pin stem assembly is original...

This beautiful jewel sports 2 large and lovely peridots. The central stone is cushion cut, and the dangle is pear-shaped. It is decorated with a total of 28 seed pearls of colors that vary a little, set into the leaves & vine-like gold ribbons. It is marked 14k on 1 leaf and the spring ring. In excellent condition. The decorative panels measure 3-1/2" x 1", and the whole thing measures 15-1/4" total (we have gold necklace extenders available if you need more length)...

These gorgeous cuff links are composed of slightly oval rock crystals carved with a seashell-like pattern, intersected by rows of calibre-cut blue sapphires. 18k (tested) white gold backs and links are marked with what appears to be European hallmarks – they are too blurry to decipher beyond that...

This lovely Art Nouveau lavaliere is unusual with its square lines at the top, making it both charmingly antique and very modern in appearance. It is made of 9 ct gold and is set with small pearls, amethysts [the smaller stones] and a large, central garnet/glass doublet. [Garnet/glass doublets were a common substitution in the Victorian age, when amethyst was one of the most valuable gemstones. Making them was often a family affair, done in the evenings around the kitchen table.] The pendant is...

Although this jewel is English, it reflects the aesthetics of fin de siècle Russia, with its pink topazes and demantoid garnets. The fairly large topazes are surrounded by swirls of seed-pearl-set gold, and set off by 4 bright green demantoid garnets, 2 of which are set into the fine chains which connect the top section to the bottom; of the other 2, the top one is a modified pear shape, the other oval. It measures 2” long by 1-1/8” across at the widest point, and weighs 5.4g. In overall ex...

In the style of Murrle, Bennett and Archibald Knox, this lovely brooch features a heart interlaced with a navette shape (this interlace-type motif is also called “entrelac”). It is centered by a pretty oval turquoise, and has a safety chain. Unsigned, and marked 9ct. It measures 1-1/2 x 3/4", and weighs 2.6g. The gold has a nice patina, and it is in excellent antique condition. Circa 1900. The photos are part of the description; please examine them carefully. Thanks! Shipping, handling & in...

Here is a lovely, simple stickpin with a stylized flower design based on a Japanese family crest. It is marked “k20” on the back, and tests as a very strong 20k. The flower head measures 1/2" x 7/8”, and the whole pin is 2-1/2” long. It weighs 2.4g. The pin is a bit bent, not surprisingly given the high gold content (please see photos), otherwise in excellent condition. Circa 1900. Japanese art had a huge influence on the Art Nouveau movement in Europe and America. The photos are part o...

Here is a stickpin featuring a yummy burnt-orange colored oval carnelian, set in 10kt gold and surrounded by an oval of gold set with 4 seed pearls. It is marked 10kt. The setting measures 13/16” x 1/2", and the whole thing 2-3/8". The pin has a bit of a bend to it toward the top, not visible when it’s worn, otherwise in excellent antique condition. This charm bracelet is a real show-stopper! It has 20 charms. 11 are karat gold, the others are gold fill except the coral elephant and the silver donkey. Check out the photos! The charms are a wild variety from tools to musical instruments, plus a gun! There are a few rings where there apparently used to be charms – perfect places to add your own. The charms are hung on a modified paperclip chain marked 14k. 6 charms are articulated. A few of the charms have some damage: the watering can’s ...

This lovely orchid was made from a richly-colored, unmarked but tested, 10kt yellow gold. It has amazing details, an Old European Cut diamond (etw .30 - .35), and a fan pearl. Weighing in at 2.6g, it measures 1” by about 7/8”, is quite dimensional, and SO Art Nouveau! It is unmarked, but we believe it was made in Newark, NJ. It is in excellent condition, except for a very minor problem with one of the petals - it is detached at its central anchor point, but is firmly attached to the pin-stem...
