This beautiful 14k (tested) rose gold brooch has a floral and crescent moon motif (the crescent moon is the symbol for intuition and new beginnings), accented by 10 rose cut diamonds in closed-back settings. The diamonds sparkle very nicely. It has 2 makers marks: an oak leaf in an oval, and the letters “JR”, and possibly another that is illegible; no hallmarks. It measures 1-1/2 x 3/4”. The shaft connecting the flower to the backing has been repaired. That has had an impact on the patina of the back, but not on the front. Georgian or very early Victorian. The photos are part of the description; please examine them carefully. Thanks! Shipping, handling & insurance within the USA included.
