Here is a pretty ring, which comes out of the era when Edwardian styles were sliding into Art Deco. It is marked “925” for sterling silver, and set with a ruby, birthstone for those born in July. Rubies have been called “the queen of stones and the stone of kings.” The ring has the mellow patina of age, and is size 6. It could be sized.
