Japanese shin hanga woodblock print titled “Santa Fe” by Toshi Yoshida (1911-1995) dated 1971. The print is titled and dated in Japanese in the left margin. The artist’s block signature and English title are in the bottom margin. This image was printed posthumously by the Yoshida family from the original blocks. On the back in the lower corner is written in Japanese “later printing by Komatsu Heihachi.” Paper: 14 1/2” x 21 1/2" (image: 11 3/4" x 19 1/2"). Very good overall condition with full margins. The print is not backed or laid down. It is taped with two small pieces of archival tape to a museum quality foam core board but can be removed for shipping if desired. There are three small slightly distressed areas in the paper at the top back. Included upon request is an archival silk mat with gold filet (sized to fit into a 17” x 24 1/2" frame).
