A Pair of Silver Open Salts with a clear glass liner; from Germany (Augsburg?), dating from the late 19th century. An open work design features a mythological figure of a bird/animal. The dimensions are 3.5" x 1.5" x 2.5" high. There is one original spoon with the set.

An 800 Silver (German) Four Footed Center Bowl, circa 1895. It has Extensive Repoussee Designs on the Inside Rim and the Center of the Bowl Depicting Romantic Scenes, Possibly Court or Royalty Related. It weighs 11.8 Troy ounces and measures 9" across by 2" high and is in excellent condition.

A Country Primitive Tin 12-Candle Wax Mold; Rows of Six Candles X Two Candles. Dimensions; 10.5" high x 8" wide x 4" deep. Condition appropriate to age and use. Mid/late 19th century.

A Coin Silver Fish Slice or Knife by Albert Coles of New York, Prominent NY City Silversmith who worked from 1836-1880 (died in 1886). A Faint Script Monogram is on the Handle. Dimensions; 9" length x 1.5" width; 4.6 Troy ounces. Circa 1840-1850. Excellent condition.

A Rare Early American Coin Silver Footed Dish (probably for Candy) Made by Albert Coles, Prominent NY City Silversmith who worked from 1836-1880 (died in 1886). Dimensions; 5" wide (9.25" to handles) x 2.5" high; weight 5.5 Troy ounces. Gold washed interior. Circa 1840's. Excellent condition.

A Sterling Silver Asparagus Fork or Server by the Alvin Corp. of Providence, RI (and bought by Gorham in 1928) in the rare Monterey pattern, produced only in 1895. It is 8.75" in length and has a heavily scripted monogram, possibly "MN". In very good condition.

An American Federal Period Coin Silver Creamer by John McMullin of Philadelphia. Gadrooning on both the top and the midsection. Elegant handle. Circa 1800. Dimensions; 6" high x 5" long x 2.5" deep; weight, 6 Troy ounces. Excellent condition.

A Lidded Sterling Silver Tankard made in the Colonial American Manner by James Woolley, a Boston Based Arts and Crafts Silversmith, circa 1910. Block initials on handle. Dimensions; height 9.5"; weight 27.4 Troy ounces. In excellent condition.

A Pair of Sterling Tazzas or Cake Trays, by Dominick and Haff with an Extensively Chased Design. Dimensions; 11" in diameter and 4.5" high. Weight is and impressive 25 ounces each (50 ounces total). There is a monogram "R" on one of them. From the early 1900's and in excellent condition. Note that there are a matching pair pair of candlesticks available (Item number 1418).

An American Sterling Silver Three Piece Tea Set by Bailey, Banks, Biddle. Chased design and Gold Washed Creamer and Sugar. Teapot, 21 ounces, 11" high; Creamer, 5 ounces 4.5" high; Sugar, 8 ounces, 4" high. Total weight 34 ounces. Early 1900's. Excellent condition.

A Black, Starr & Frost Sterling Silver Tray or Centerpiece. Circa 1880-1890 with the mark for 1874-1908. Monogram in center. Dimensions; 21.5" long x 17.5" deep x 2" high; weight a heavy 33.8 Troy ounces. Excellent condition, with some surface scratches.

A Elegant Matched Pair of Sterling Silver Pepper Pots or Casters from the Era of George III. Hallmarked in London, 1804 and made by Crespin Fuller. Crisp marks on base and top. Height; 5.5 inches. Weight 6.4 Troy ounces. Very fine condition.

Art Nouveau Bronze Figural Tray, with a Woman with Book and Pen and surrounded by Flowers. Dimensions; 13.5" long x 7" deep x 5" high. Weight, a substantial 78 ounces. Circa 1910-1920 and in excellent condition with wonderful patina.

A Silvered Pewter Art Nouveau Shell Shaped Dish or Tray with a Sculptured Nude, Signed "Jacques Callob, 1895". Dimensions; 10.5" long x 9.5" wide x 2" high. French and in excellent condition.

A Wonderful Ball, Black & Co. American Silver Footed Center Bowl or Compote. J R Wendt is the Probable Silversmith. It is oval in shape with dimensions of 14" in length x 9" deep x 4.5" high. Weight is a heavy 27.9 Troy ounces. It has the Ball, Black & Co. New York mark (Formed in 1851 by William Black and Henry Ball. Became Black, Starr and Frost in 1874) and in a shield it is marked "950/1000 fine". The mark dates from 1851-1874 and the bowl is circa 1860. Excellent condition.

A Rare American Coin Silver Beaker by Eoff & Shepard (the mark was used from 1852-1861), and Retailed by Ball, Black & Co., New York (Became Black, Starr & Frost in 1874) . Dimensions; 5" high x 3.5" in diameter at top, 2.25" at bottom. Weight; 5.9 Troy ounces. Circa 1855. Excellent condition.

A Substantial Three Piece Coin Silver Tea Set retailed by Ball, Tompkins & Black (Successors to Marquand & Co.) with the makers mark "JB". JB is presumably James Bogert, who made many pieces for Ball, Tompkins and Black, as well as its predecessor Marquand. The Tea Set dates from 1839-1851, the date of the partnership. The name "I. Moss"? is engraved on each piece, but rubbed. The teapot is 11" high, the covered sugar, 9" and the creamer 8". Total weight is 78.1 standard, 71.4 Troy ounces...
