Intricately inlaid mosaic sterling silver and chrysocolla yin yang hands necklace designed and signed by American/Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling. Dating from the 1950's the necklace measures 17 1/2 inches long. The crossed hands pendant measures 5 1/8" inches across and 3 inches from the bottom of the design to the top of the silver loop. Wt.- 98 grams, 3.05oz. Hallmarked on the reverse WS, WILLIAM SPRATLING TAXCO, MEXICO, eagle #30. Pictured on p.78 of MEXICAN SILVER by Penny Morrill.
