Very desirable by collectors of fine Mexican silver this early sterling silver bracelet known as the Maguey was designed and signed circa 1940-45 by Taxco, Mexico silver Maestro and artist Hector Aguilar. Bracelet measures 1 1/4" wide and 6 3/4 inches long. The design features the lush leaves of the agave plant with silver sphere accents. Heavy at 103 grams or 3.6 oz. the bracelet is very comfortable to wear. The panels are designed to gently curve around the wrist. Slide in pin and connected safety chain work perfectly.
