Outstanding sterling silver belt buckle designed and signed in the 1940's by Taxco, Mexico designer William Spratling (1900-67). Weighing a hefty 41 grams the buckle measures 2" X 2" and will accommodate a 1 5/8" strap. Beautiful condition and patina. No dents or dings. Fully hallmarked on the reverse.
