Description: An oval shaped brush washer made of stone was originated from Tang or Liao Dynasty.
In chrysanthemum decoration around the rim, the basin was kept with original whitish patina and some incursions within the tissues of the stone.
Some defects can be found.
Date: Tang Dynasty (AD618-906)
Material: Soap stone.
Length: 9.7cm
Condition: An excavation piece, one defect on the rim, another on the bottom.

Description: A rare tripod steatite censer was made in Tang dynasty. With dark gray tone, this censer was excavated with light gray incursions. A globular body was held by three foot in beautiful proportions. An earlier collection was published in " Early Chinese Miniature" by China Institute in America. Description: A fine Japanese bamboo arm rest carving with motif of the legend story-Damo crossing river by a single branch of reeds. With light brownish patina, this brush rest was carved by a mature bamboo carver whose inscription was left with the motif. Date: 19th Century Length: 18.5cm

Description:
A rare moonlight-tinted celadon statue of Bodhisattva was mold in beautiful features.
Holding in one hand with a string of rosary when another hand holding a purifying bottle, the Bodhisattva was clad with Song style clothing.
Applied with light-tinted celadon glaze, the surface of the figure was kept in very good condition when numerous bubbles were squeezed in the glaze.

Description: A lovely dog was carved vividly in a crouching way. Lying as is in sleeping, the dog's ribs were obvious by the carver's observation.The sandstone's quality was strong and the color was in grayish white and amid with black dots.
