Awesome Zimbabwe Africa Carving was presented to the missionary for a gift before she left. The missionary had spent a lot of time with this particular tribe, and this was a going away present of sorts and a token of their mutual friendships. I just wish she had passed on the name of the tribe. We do know it is from Zimbabwe. Signed by the artist P. Mwila 1999. Wonderful condition with no damages. There are 6 African native figures and a dog in a circle under the hut. I think it is an awesome piece and have never seen anything compareable offered on the internet. Photos show a little lighter than it is in actuality. Approx 10" tall. I have more photos upon request.
