Antique Jaeger & Co (J&C) Bavaria,Cup & Saucer with dessert plate. Delicate handpainted purple violets with gold embellished trims. Note that the inside of the cup is irridescent lustreware, and so are the yellow band decorations on all of the pieces. Lots of gold embellishments, and the gold is 100% and not worn. The cup is very delicate and thin. PRISTINE condition!!! I will be listing an identical set that has pink roses. Dimension: Saucer is 5 5/8" in diameter. Plate is 7 1/2" and the cup is 2 3/8" tall and the opening diameter is 3" Company/Backstamp on cup: J&C Bavaria - (Jaeger & Co)., Bavaria. Backstamp features 2 crossed clover leaves with the letters J and C and Bavaria. Note: the dessert plate only has the Thomas mark.1898-1902 era, Condition: Excellent, doesn't appear to have been used much, if at all.
