Beautiful console bowl and matching candle holders made by the Jeannette Glass Co., famous for their lovely Depression-era glass. This set enjoyed a short run from 1957 through 1959. The pheasants in this set have beautiful details in their feathers.
The footed is round with 22 karat gold trim that shows slight wear. Pheasants in flight form the three feet for the bowl. The bowl is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The bowl is 7-7/8" in diameter and stands 2-3/4" tall.
The round convex base of each candle holder has more of the 22 karat gold trim. The rim of the candle holder (where the candle is inserted) is also trimmed in gold. The base is also decorated with grass and cattails; this little design is embossed on the underneath side of the base on opposite sides of the base. Mounted to the top across from the candle holder is a three-dimensional pheasant, with wings and tail extended outward! The candle holders are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks either. Selling as a set.
