A three dimensional 916 silver brooch in an Arts and Crafts design by Holger Lindstrom, (1937-1968), Helsinki Finland. Has a concave oxidized center and four pointed onyx bezel set cabochons. There are textured recessed areas around each stone for an interesting contrast.

This hand crafted brooch measures 1 5/8" in diameter and about 3/8" high.

Marked with HGL for the maker, 916H for the silver content, boat for Helsinki and L7 for 1964.

A sterling silver foliate brooch by Alphonse La Paglia who was a designer for Georg Jensen, USA. There is another version of this brooch done for Georg Jensen, USA also marked 126 and both were designed by La Paglia. Measures 2 3/8" long and 1 7/8" wide. Marked International Sterling La Paglia Designed 126. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely. Warm patina. Has a little tarnish and a tiny ding on the front leaf. Well made and heavy.

A domed shadow box brooch by noted Taxco silversmith, Antonio Pineda in a Pre Columbian Monkey design.

This piece is marked with the Antonio Crown, Hecho en Mexico, 970 for better than sterling silver and Eagle #17. Measures 1 3/8" across. Has some tarnish and minor surface scratches. Has a rollover safety clasp that holds securely.

Marked with the MIC hallmark and the three crowns silver standard mark used by Anton Michelsen when in Stockholm, Sweden from 1946-63. Also marked with S for the town mark, A9 for 1951 and Engel. A rare sterling silver and caged raw purple stone brooch by noted MCM jeweler, Arthur King. Probably amethyst. Unmarked, attributed to Arthur King. We have seen the same brooch signed Sterling, King. The raw amethyst is caged in thick and thinner sterling wire and suspended from a thick curved wire.

Measures 1 3/4" across and 2 1/2" tall.

Has a rolling safety clasp that holds securely. Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish.

A rare sterling silver and caged raw purple stone brooch by noted jeweler, Arthur King. Probably amethyst. Marked on the back, Sterling King. Measures 2 1/8" across and 2 1/8" tall. There is a light gold wash on the silver. Has a rolling safety clasp that holds tightly. There is a small area on the edge of the stone that is a little rough, may be original. Classic Arthur King design.

Signed Handwrought, Sterling and with an impressed mark that looks like a flower pot. Has a rollover clasp that hold securely. The brooch is thick sterling and curved, not flat. A pair of acid etched brass Arts and Crafts period brooches by Marshall Field & Co. Chicago. Larger brooch measures 3 3/8" long and 1 1/2" high. Marked on the back 'Made in Our Craft Shop, Marshall Field & Co.' Smaller brooch measures 2 1/2" across and 2" high. These brooches came together. The smaller one is not marked. Both brooches have 'C' clasps that hold securely. May be purchased as a set or individually.

A vintage sterling silver Mid Century Modernist brooch with an incised enamel bird by studio artist, Betty Cooke.

Measures about 1" in diameter. Signed Cooke Sterling on the back. Red, blue, yellow and white enamel is in fine condition. Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely.
