A wonderful Skonvirke 830S silver brooch by the well regarded Danish silversmith, Evald Nielsen, (1879-1958).

Measures 2 5/8" long and 5/8" at the widest. Has one central dark purple cabochon. Very light, delicate hammering, beautiful repousse work. Marked 830S for the Danish silver standard and the stylized EN mark on the back. Has an older rollover clasp which holds securely. Very fine condition, with minor tarnish.

Quality piece. Beautiful classic Danish design.

A vintage modernist bronze pendant and chain by Hans Sten and Karl Laine from Sten and Laine in Finland. Pendant is in the Orbital design.

It measures 2 1/2" long to the top of the bale and 1 7/8" at the widest. Chain is attached at the bale and measures about 21" around.

Has a hook clasp that holds securely. Very nice condition. Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

A vintage pair of modernist bronze pierced earrings in the Spiderweb design by Hans Sten and Karl Laine from Sten and Laine in Finland.

Pierced fish hook earrings measure 1 3/8" from the top of the fish hook to the bottom edge. The earrings have the KL mark along the side.

Fine condition. Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

A vintage modernist sterling silver pendant by Elis Kauppi for Kupittaan Kulti Oy, Turku Finland. A three dimensional design with overlapping flowers.

Measures about 1 5/8" across and 1 7/8" high including the bale. In very nice condition with a dark patina, we did not polish it.

Marked with the Anvil, and 925S on one side of the bale and Finland on the other side. Fine example of Kauppi's work.

A delicate sterling silver neck ring with three cascading clear blue orbs by Bent Knudsen, Denmark. Marked Sterling, Denmark, and Bent K near the hook closure.

Measures 16" around. The longest drop falls 2 1/2". Fine condition, has a little tarnish. We did not polish it.

A great example of Finnish Modernist design, a necklace of bronze with three cascading pendants by Hannu Ikonen.

Pendant measures 3" at the widest and 5 7/8" in total to the top of the bale. Chain measures 24" long and has a hook closure.

A three dimensional sterling silver brooch in what looks like a smiling lips design by Elis Kauppi for Kupittaan Kulta of Finland.

This modernist brooch measures 2 3/8" across and 1/2" high. Marked with Kauppi's anvil mark, Sterling and Finland. Has an earlier style trombone clasp which holds securely. Fine condition, has minor tarnish.

Measures 2 1/4" across and 1 7/8" high. Has a central oval brown bezel set cabochon that may be Carnelian. Marked 826, which was the Danish silver standard used until about 1911. A vintage sterling silver ring by David Andersen in a modernist shield design. Could be worn facing up or down. Marked with David Andersen, 925S, and Norway-Sterling.

Ring is adjustable and currently measures about size 7 1/2. In fine vintage condition, has some minor surface scratches. There is a little bit of roughness on the bottom of one edge that could probably be buffed out if preferred.

An extraordinary hammered sterling silver rigid bracelet from Finland with seven cushion cut cabochons of various colors.

Measures 7" around and 1 5/8" high. Has a wonderful warm dark patina that shows off the lightly hammered finish. Stones are in varying shades of purple, (amethyst), tiger's eye, dark blue, and pale yellow. A stunning sterling silver modernist necklace and matching bracelet designed by Finnish jeweler Liisa Vitali and produced by N. Westerback in 1972.

This reticulated pendant measures 2 1/4" long and 1" wide. Chain measures 23" long and has a spring clasp that holds securely. Chain may be original, has some marks which are only partially struck which may be 830S. Pendant is marked 830S for the Finnish silver standard, and Finland. Nice condition, minor tarnish.

Fine, classic mid century design.
