A vintage sterling silver modernist ring by Hans Sten and Karl Laine from Sten and Laine in Finland. Reminds us of an abstract spiderweb. Measures about a size 7 but is adjustble. Top measures 1 1/8" wide and 1 1/4" high. Marked with the hallmark for Sten and Laine, 925H for sterling, Town mark for Turku and T7 for 1972. Very nice condition. Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

A vintage modernist sterling silver brooch designed by Gertrude Engel for Anton Michelsen, from Sweden. Measure 1 5/8" across and 1 3/8" high. Has a brown swirled oval cabochon. Marked with the MIC hallmark and the three crowns silver standard mark used by Anton Michelsen when in Stockholm, Sweden from 1946-63. Also marked with S for the town mark, A9 for 1951 and Engel. A very cool vintage modernist silver plated (probably) pendant by Erik Dennung circa 1970s. Pendant drops 4 1/2" and is 1 5/8" across. Marked Erik Dennung Made in Denmark. Also has the mark for B+D. In good condition, has some minor surface scratches and tarnish to the plating. Would look great on a neck ring. (We have those also if you need one.) Has a large bale so can accommodate a thick chain or neck ring. Impressive piece.

A wonderfully constructed heavy neck ring by Bent Knudsen, Denmark. Streamlined curves, thick sterling, very Mid Century.

Marked Sterling, Denmark, Bent K, 925S, Style #3 and copyright sign. Measures 13" around plus an opening of 2 3/4". Can be adjusted slightly. Meant to sit on the collar bone. Would be best on a slender neck.

A modernist sterling silver ring #A77 A by Georg Jensen, designed by Ole IshØj. Measures about 6.5. Marked Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, 925 S Denmark and style #A77 A. Also has London import marks, GJLd and the mark for London. The date mark is so small we couldn't make it out. In very nice condition with minor nicks and scratches. Can be worn facing up or down. Great modernist design.

A brutalist, modernist sterling silver pendant by the Swedish jeweler, Isaac Cohen. Marked on the bale with ICO for the maker, another mark that is hard to read, and V9 for 1971. Measures about 2 1/2" long including the bale and 1 1/4" wide. Large bale so will accommodate a thick chain or neck ring. Fine condition, quality piece.

A vintage heavy modernist pendant with a raw amethyst wrapped in silver metal, (probably plate) in a brutalist design. Signed Nielsen Denmark in two places. Measures 2 5/8" long and 1 3/4" wide. An unusual modernist sterling silver ring with coiled silver wires by the firm Jens Peter Clausen Guðjónsson of Iceland. Signed JENS 925S, Hand Made and Iceland. Measures about a size 7. The top sits 5/8" high and measures about 1 1/4" across. Has a brutalist, asymmetrical feel. There is a small fracture on the bottom that looks original. This design really stands out! Great example of Scandinavian modernist design.

This necklace came with another UNI D-A necklace that was also marked Hand Made. This necklace is made the same way, but is missing the Hand Made stamp.

In very nice condition, has just a little tarnish and minor surface scratches. Circa 1970s. Hook closure holds securely.

Bracelet measures 7 1/4" long and almost 5/8" across. Has a snap in clasp that holds securely. Earrings measure 1" long and 5/8" at the widest. Clips hold tightly. Very nice condition, minor surface scratches. Nicely textured along the edges. Nice weight, quality set. Great mid century modernist design.

Sarpaneva on the back of the clasp. Nice contrast of dark and light surfaces. Fine condition, classic design. 1960's.
