A wonderfully constructed heavy brooch and matching clip earrings by Bent Knudsen, Denmark. Streamlined curves, thick sterling, very Mid Century. Marked Handmade, Sterling, Denmark, Bent K, and Style #2 on the back of each piece. Brooch measures 2 3/4" long and almost 3/4" across. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. A vintage modernist sterling silver ring with a greyish brown moonstone like cabochon by noted silversmith, Maxwell Chayat. Measures size 7.5. Marked with a partially struck Chayat and Sterling. The ring is in very nice condition, with some tarnish. There is a little bit of roughness to the edge of the cabochon, but most likely was done during production. It was probably resized at one point. Well made and heavy, great mid century design.

A vintage pair of kinetic figural screw back earrings by Ex-pat Ken Beldin in copper, silver and patinated brass. Measure 2 3/4" long and 1 1/4" at the widest. Ken Beldin etched on the back of the brass part, hard to read. Screw backs hold securely. Fine example of his work.

A pair of Taxco, Mexico Sterling Silver earrings with Tortoise Shell by William Spratling. The marks on these earrings date them to 1949-1956.

Measure 1" across. Marked on the back of one earring with the conjoined Script WS and 925.

Two pair of vintage Mexican Sterling Silver screw back earrings by Sigi Pineda in modernist designs. May be purchased together or as two separate pairs.

One pair has a polished layer of sterling intertwined with an textured layer for an interesting contrast. Measure 1 1/4" long and 3/4" across. Marked Sigi Tasco, and Eagle #36. There are some more markings which are under the screw back and can't be read. In fine condition with some minor tarnish. $125.

A modernist pair of sterling silver screw back earrings by Charles H. Cole, born 1908 and active 1930s-50s. He signed his work with a face hallmark. The facial features spell out his last name. Also signed Sterling and ©. Screw backs are also marked sterling.

Measure about 1 1/8" long and 5/8" at the widest.

Hand made, you can see very light hammering. They are in a floral design with cascading tendrils. Screw backs hold securely. Fine condition, from a talented silversmith.

A rare brooch and earrings set by noted Sausalito Mid 20th century jeweler, Loyola Fourtane. She and her husband were jewelers and artists and worked from their houseboat in Sausalito, California from the 1930's -50's.

This set is made of sterling silver with copper and brass embellishments and what look like carnelian cabochons.

A modernist sterling silver ring by noted mid century jeweler, Sam Kramer, with an erotic theme. Depicts two hands holding breasts.

Measures about a 5 1/2. Face of ring measures 7/8" long and 1/2" across. Marked with Sam Kramer's mushroom mark and sterling. Has some minor surface scratches, some wear to the surface and tarnish. Heavy sterling.

Great MCM design. Haven't seen this design before. Sam Kramer's designs are highly collectible and rare.

A vintage pair of figural screw back earrings attributed to Ex-pat Ken Beldin in copper and patinated brass. Screw backs are marked Silver Mexico.

Measure 2 3/8" long including the screw back top and 7/8" at the widest. Screw backs hold securely. They have some areas of tarnish. There are a lot of scratches on the back but we're not sure we see a signature.

A pair of modernist sterling silver clip earrings, #116 B designed in 1955 by Edvard Kindt-Larsen for Georg Jensen, Denmark. The B indicates that these are the larger examples.

Measure 1/2" across and 7/8" high. Marked Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, 925S Denmark and style 116 B. There is another very tiny hallmark on the end of each of the clips but we can't make them out. May be a U.K. import mark.

An intricate pair of sterling silver pierced earrings with four tightly wound coils by Helge Narsakka, Helsinki, Finland. He was active from 1957-1961.

Signed HN for the designer, National Mark, 925H for the silver purity, Town Mark, and Q7 for 1969. The marks are cleverly hidden in the coils and are hard to find.

Measure 1 7/8" long with the hook and 7/8" across the bottom. Weigh 12 gr together. Minor tarnish. These probably had screw backs originally and a previous owner converted them. ...

A pair of vintage sterling silver earrings by Hans Hansen, Denmark are available. They have a hammered streamlined design.

They measure 1 1/8" in diameter. They sit about 1/2" high. These earrings are each marked HaH, Denmark and 925S. The clips hold securely.

Have a warm patina. Lightly hammered. There are a few very small nicks to the edges but they are not really noticeable because they are on the sides. Weigh 20 gr.

Have not found another example of this design. Fine work.
