A vintage modernist pendant necklace by noted mid century jeweler, Winifred Mason Chenet from her highly collectible Voodoo line. Pendant measures 3" long and 1 1/8" at the widest. Possibly pewter. Intricate chain is made up of silver colored squiggled links connected with brass rings and silver colored curved in links. Measures 32" long. No clasp, meant to go over the head. There is a little tarnish. Signed chenet on the back of the pendant. Interesting rare example.

A vintage modernist sterling silver necklace by Hans Hansen, Denmark, designed by Karl Gustav Hansen with overlapping graduated heart shaped links. This design was often additionally hallmarked with the Georg Jensen mark.

Measures 18 1/2" long and 3/4" at the widest. This is the longer version. Marked with script Hans Hansen, Denmark, and 925S. Hook clasp holds securely. Weighs 113 gr. In fine condition with some surface scratches and a little tarnish.

A wonderful pair of sterling silver modernist pierced earrings by the noted mid century silversmith, Carolyn Gleick Rosene. Measure 7/8" across. Have off centered circles with six rods standing up in a random design. Each rod has a bulb of silver on the top for added texture. Earrings fasten with a post and clip design and are very secure. Signed Rosene Sterling. Have some minimal tarnish. Great mid century design.

A vintage pair of sterling silver pierced dangle earrings by the American Modernist Jeweler, Ed Levin. Two triangles with cut outs connected by a link for lots of movement.

Measure 1 3/4" long and 1" across. Earrings are marked © Ed Levin Sterling. Post backs are also marked LEVIN Ster. and hold securely. Have some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish.

Hard to find design.

A pair of sterling silver modernist layered pierced earrings by Phyllis Sklar, American Mid Century jeweler. These earrings have layers of contrasting darkened and polished sterling for an interesting effect. Measure 1 3/4" long including the fish hook and 1" at the widest. Has the phyllis hallmark. Mirror images for a nice effect. Has some tarnish and very minor surface scratches. Classic Phyllis design.

A modernist pair of sterling silver hoop earrings by Kaunis Koru, Finland.

Signed AB for the designer, National Mark, 925 for the silver purity, V7 for 1974 and with the back to back stylized 'KK' for the Maker. Measure 1" across and 1" high. For pierced ears. Minor tarnish. Has hook closures that hold securely.

Not too heavy so they are very comfortable to wear. Fine Scandinavian design.

A vintage very large Pal Kepenyes Milagros necklace. Brass with a copper wash on some of the Milagros. Signed Pal Kepenyes in script on the back. Measures about 17" around. Hook closure. Very nice condition. Incredible design!

An important early brooch of sterling silver by the acclaimed American modernist jeweler, Margaret De Patta. Measures 3" long and 1 5/8" at the widest. Early incised maker's mark. Circa 1935. Heavy layered sterling in an abstract floral design. Wonderful condition, with some very minor surface scratches and tarnish. Missing the rollover bar on the clasp. Slight bend on the pin. A similar De Patta brooch can be seen in the Philips de Pury Design Auction dated May 24, 2007, lot number 189....

A rare hand wrought bracelet by Madeline Turner, a New York City Jeweler who worked from the 1930's to the 1950's. She designed jewelry for Georg Jensen USA. In sterling silver with periwinkle blue art glass cabochons. Marked with her conjoined M Turner hallmark. Measures about 6 1/4" around and about 1" wide. Clasp snaps closed tightly. Has a safety clasp. In very nice condition. A wonderful example of her work.

A very rare sterling silver bracelet by Salvador Teran. Depicts a stylized woman praying, carved out of what looks like bone. Also has one curved bone piece on either side of the center section. Marked Salvador, Sterling, Mexico, Design # 510 and Eagle # 36. Measures 7" around and 1 3/8" at the widest. Has a tongue and box closure which snaps tightly and a safety chain. In wonderful condition with a warm patina. Collector quality.

A striking cuff bracelet by Winifred Mason Chenet, who was an African American woman hand crafting jewelry in Greenwich Village. She reportedly worked with and trained Art Smith, a well respected African American modernist jeweler. This bracelet is made of copper with brass overlays and connections of copper rivets and wire. Measures 5 1/2" around with an opening of 1 3/8" and 1 3/4" wide. Signed with her stylized 'chenet'. Wonderfully hand made work.

An amazing 'checkerboard' sterling silver modernist necklace by Georg Jensen, #191. Designed by Ernst Forsmann. Measures 15" long and 1/2" wide. Has a hook closure and two secure safety clasps. Marked Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, 925S, Denmark, and 191. Wonderful condition. Heavy and intricate, looks spectacular on! A very special piece.

A vintage modernist sterling silver bracelet by Elis Kauppi for Kupittaan Kulta Oy, Turku Finland. A geometric design with rock crystals and spectrolite stones. Measures about 7" around. The central design measures 1 1/2" across and 2 1/2" long. Hook closure. In very nice condition with minor tarnish. Marked with the Anvil, Finland and 925S, the mark for Turku and Q7 for 1969. Great example of Scandinavian modernist jewelry.
